A couple years ago we were fortunate to service & educate Element Skateboards/Circa Footwear professional skateboarder Tony Tave in finding his first home. Being at one time a professional skateboarder myself for many years & buying a home, I could completely understand how Tony was feeling throughout the whole experience. The first time I bought my first home I didn’t have a clue to what I was doing. My friend gave me a referral number to a local realtor. Her assistance drove me around within a 20 mile radius to random properties, and at the end of the day I was to pick the best out of 5. Sign here, sign this, sign that. In hindsight, I wish I had somebody to speak to me in layman’s terms and give me a crystal clear sobering understanding of what I was doing, giving me the pros and cons and making sure that every decision and dollar was in correlation to my needs & goals.
